Going to school to waste time is really becoming part of my weekly schedule. I woke up rather early for a 204 tutorial where our time was comprehensively wasted - I spent nearly the entire 2 hours surfing the net and sms-ing friends.

And a lot of other crap comes in at the same time as well.

There's this assignment requiring me to interview people due in 7 days, a photomontage assignment, then there's a quiz to study for. And a research assignment thing too. And a audio story. But that's really ok, cause honestly those shouldn't be that hard.

Oh well, I'm still bored.

My ears are still ringing 2 hours after stepping out of TIET - thanks Desley for spoiling mah hearing with your 气功 drum beats.

Not too shabby I suppose, Desley's improved lots but still hits the drums with a vengeance and Fin's still as unprepared as ever, but everything went pretty ok.

They all just have to pay me back for the session for I'm going broke.

Next time I'm wearing earplugs.

Extasy reunion - pretty cool, I'm quite excited at meeting the rest of the guys again. Hope it works out and they quarrel less. Original lineup of songs ought to make everyone more involved. We're all pretty good, so let's not mess up.

long time no see

Somehow I've forgotten to blog, haha. Since I am in 208 and dead bored, I shall.

Let's get to the crunch of stuff: my WISHLIST!

With the basic theory of "limited resources and unlimited wants", I really need to list out what I want to get (hint). Not really expecting anything though, haha.

Okay, here goes:

1. Bass + Bass amp: Either Ibanez jumpstart or a Fender Jazz Bass - for no other apparent reason but cause bass is really so easy to play and quite fun at the same time.
2. Archtop guitar: Either Gibson ES-stuff, Epiphone, Ibanez or Yamaha. For my Jazz-y solos and leads.
   
3. Bigger guitar amp: Just a passing fancy, really. My house is too small and my MG15 is realistically enough to wake the neighbors 17 floors down.
4. A better timetable: I always complain. This semester is worse. I have two days ending at 7 and one at 6.30. All of the abovementioned days start at 8.30 or 10. I also have to go back on Fridays for 206 tutorials.
5. My guitarist please reappear; For that matter please a more decent drummer and a Singapore Idol worthy vocalist. I hate it when I write songs and the drummer makes a hash of it...
6. Hall room; would help to alleviate point 4. And make myself more happening.

With regards to point 7, it really saddens me sometimes that I am missing out on a lot of the fratenizing and making friends - sometimes it's really weird because you have people you know but want to know better as friends, but because you are not there at times when people slack and have fun you generally can't, and that's really sad.

Why won't my parents just like wake up and see how I don't like staying at home all that much?

In other news anyway, my grades for last sem were quite bad for a CS student =(

This sem has some super boring modules regarding research... but at least I'm excited about COM230, Audio in Media which teaches all the audio production facilites and procedures.
