Avra vs. Abu

This is a football-related entry, so it's ok if you don't get it.

I get a bit irritated that left right and center new clubs are becoming cash rich, but nothing irritates me more than Manchester City becoming richer than Chelsea. Ok so instead of this like neutralizing the effects of Chelsea on everyone else, it's just going to start a bidding war ain't it? I mean since both clubs' owners like to play fantasy football and neither of them wants to lose.

The great winners will then be the 'everyone else'. Whatever they say Real Madrid must have been slapping their hands in glee selling Robinho for 32 mil (or was it more). Here's a player who is whiny and irritating all the time, only recently came of class and wanted to go to Chelsea, a club who irritated the hell out of you. And you get 32 mil for someone you bought at a fraction of that, you get to irritate the hell out of Chelsea, and stuff.

Though I wouldn't want them to sell Fabregas or anyone else, I do note that everyone has a price. If Mr Abu feels that Fabregas is worth more than the Emirates Stadium, go ahead, take Fab, and pay for our stadium so we can finally flaunt that cash at the now-bankrupt Manchester United, offering to take C.Ronaldo (ok probably Mr. Abu would have settled Man Utd's debt for Ronaldo). Correction, maybe Arsenal will buy over the French league, then get all our young Frenchmen to invade England. Maybe Barclays will make it the Barclays French Premiership or something. Then all managers have to give interviews in French.
